Overview
If you have purchased a new MP3 Audio Module for your existing system please follow the steps below. If this is a new system, please ensure that you have the control unit installed with the coordinator operating normally.
Unpack
You will have the following components after unpacking:
IO Module
Speaker
Speaker Power Cord
Speaker Mount
Instructions
1. Mount IO Module within 6 feet of an electrical outlet. Mount Speaker within 6 feet of IO.
2. Mount IO Module within 6 feet of an electrical outlet. Mount Speaker within 6 feet of IO.
3. Connect Power Cord & Audio Cord (IO Module) into back of Speaker.
4. Connect Power Cord (Speaker) to IO switch. Connect Power Cord (Switch) to outlet.
5. Connect Power Cord (IO) to outlet.
6. Make note of the Mesh Address on the IO Module.
7. Open VT3000 Core Software go to Diagnostics - Device Status. Find Audio Module using the mesh address.
8. Select Options - select Configuration - select a configuration for the device - select Update Configuration.
