Overview
If you are going to use Windows Remote Desktop to access the VersaCall system you will need to have the correct options selected. This will prevent know issues where the Audio Files stop playing. If you are experiencing an issue where the Audio Files are not playing through your radio channel or through your phone(s), you will need to reboot the VersaCall computer and use the settings shown in this article.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. Access to the computer/server you are using to Remote into the VersaCall computer/server.
3. Windows Remote PC software.

Step 1.
Open Remote Desktop – enter computer name/IP address for the VersaCall control unit/server - select Show Options button.

Step 2.
Select the Local Resources tab.

Step 3.
Select Settings for Remote Audio.

Step 4.
Select Play on remote computer – select OK.

Step 5.
Select to Hide Options - select Connect to begin the remote session.
