If you ever need to remove an existing audio file from you system, follow the steps below. Use this guide with care because once you have selected to remove the file it will be permanently removed.

1. Open the VT3000 software – log in – select Configuration from the main menu – select Audio Files from the configuration menu.

Overview

Instructions

1. Open the VT3000 web interface – log in – select Configuration – select Audio Files.

2. Select the audio file that is to be removed. Hold down the Ctrl button while selecting audio files for multiple selections. The files selected will highlight. Select Delete.

3. A warning message will display, select OK if the file is to be permanently removed.
