Overview
Devices and configurations change over time, to eliminate confusion audio files that are no longer used should be removed. Use caution as the audio file will be permanently removed from the system.
Instructions
1. Open the VT3000 web interface – log in – select Configuration – select Audio Files.
2. Select the audio file that is to be removed. Hold down the Ctrl button while selecting audio files for multiple selections. The files selected will highlight. Select Delete.
3. A warning message will display, select OK if the file is to be permanently removed.
