After you have configured or setup a schedule you may need to check it or send it into a VersaCall Technician. The easiest way to check a schedule is to create a print out of it for review.

1. Open the VT3000 web interface – log in – on the main page click on the Configuration icon – on the configuration page click on the Shifts/Schedules icon.

2. On the Shifts/Schedules page click on a schedule from the list to highlight it. To select multiple schedules, hold down the Ctrl button while clicking on the schedule name click on the Print button.

3. A new page will open showing a table of with the schedule(s) information. There are multiple icons in the top right corner of the page:

ICON OVERVIEW - icons will appear in the top right corner of the page above the tables.

- selecting this icon will allow the user to print the page.
- selecting this icon will allow the user to download an XML file of the page.
- selecting this icon will allow the user to send the page to VersaCall Service. The system must have email capabilities for this to complete.
