VT3000 - Add Audio File

The VT3000 system will play most types of audio files. Before you use this guide, you will need to have the files recorded and save on your computer or have a zip file that contains all the files you would like to upload. NOTE: if you need to load multiple audio files you will have to upload them individually unless you use a zip file that contains all of the files.

1. Open the VT3000 software – log in – select Configuration from the main menu – select Audio Files from the configuration menu.

2. On the Audio Files page click on the Browse button.

3. Navigate to the location the you have saved the audio files individually or the zip file containing all the audio files and double click on it.

4. The location of the file will show in the field next to the Browse button – click on the Upload button.

5. The files uploaded will show in the list once the system is complete. This can take several minutes if you are loading multiple files.
