VT3000 - Delete Audio File

If you ever need to remove an existing audio file from you system, follow the steps below. Use this guide with care because once you have selected to remove the file it will be permanently removed.
1. Open the VT3000 software – log in – select Configuration from the main menu – select Audio Files from the configuration menu.
2. On the Audio Files page, there will be a list of all the audio files uploaded to the system. Click on the file you want to remove so that it is highlighted – click on the Delete button.
3. A warning message will show, if only select OK if you want to remove the file permanently.
