Once an alarm, process or count has been initiated it will show in Active Information. Use this section to see what is active and to clear out bad/erroneous calls.

1. Open the VT3000 web interface – log in – click on Active Information icon.

2. The Active Information page will load, below is an explanation of the options available on the page.

a. Sequence Types – use the drop down arrow to select All, Alarms, Processes or Samplers. Use this to filter the results on the page. b. ID – the ID number of the device in the database. c. Parent – if the sequence belongs to a separate device (counts & data fields). d. Device – the device name that was entered in the VT3000 software. e. Type – an icon showing what the call is - Alarm, Process or Sampler. f. Name – the name of the alarm, process or sampler. g. Start – time that the sequence began. h. Duration – how long the sequence has been active. i. State – the state of the alarm, process or sampler currently. j. Data – information entered into a data field will show here. k. Admin – use the Clear link to manually clear the alarm, process or sampler.

ICONS:

Auto-Refresh – select this icon to set the page to refresh every 5 seconds. No Refresh – select this icon to stop the page refresh rate. Refresh – select this icon to manually refresh the page.
