Overview This section of the software is used to install updates, start & stop services, remove plug-ins, download & update firmware and create database backups. There are 5 tabs available on the Control Center page.

Products

Use this section to upload and install updates to the VersaCall software. List of all installed VersaCall Products. After selecting a Product from the list, there will be a information window that appears. This will provide specific information about the selected Product. Upload - select this icon to upload an update for the Product. Refresh - select this icon to refresh the information window.

Applications

Use this section to Stop, recycle, restart, refresh or delete applications. List of all VersaCall Applications/Services installed on the system. After selecting an Application/Service from the list, there will be a information window that appears. This will provide specific information about the Application/Service. Icons will show above the information window that allow you to perform specific tasks related to the selected Application/Service. Stop - select to stop the selected Application/Service. Start - select to start/restart the selected Application/Service. Recycle - select to stop and restart the Application/Service (only on certain Applications/Services). Refresh - select to refresh the Application/Service information. Delete - select to remove the Application/Service from the system (not recommended).

Plug - Ins

Use this section to view details or remove a Plug - In. List of all VersaCall Plug-Ins installed on the system. After selecting a Plug-In from the list, there will be a information window that appears. This will provide specific information about the Plug-In. Icons will show above the information window that allow you to perform specific tasks related to the selected Plug-In. Refresh - select to refresh the Plug-In information. Delete - select to remove the Plug-In from the system.

Files

Drivers, Firmware and Plug-In Files. Do Not access this section without being instructed by a VersaCall Technician. A root directory will display all the different types of Files.

Databases

Delete, backup, restore, export or import VersaCall Databases. List of all Databases being used by the system. After selecting a Database from the list, there will be a information window that appears. This will provide specific information about the Database. Icons will show above the information window that allow you to perform specific tasks related to the selected Database. Refresh - select to refresh the selected Database information. Delete - select to remove the selected Database. Backup - select to create a local backup of all Databases. Restore - select to restore Databases from a local backup. Export - select to create an external Database backup file. Import - select to restore a Database from an external file.
