Overview
If your company is going to provide the computer/server for the VersaCall software installation, the sections below explain the minimum requirements needed for a PC and a Server.





PC Requirements - Hardware
Intel i5 or higher CPU or AMD equivalent
16 GB RAM
256 GB Hard Drive
LAN, Video and Audio ports
1 LPT/Parallel port required for 2-Way Radio interface ONLY
4 or more USB Ports
PC Requirements - Software
Windows 10 or higher Professional 64 bit.
Windows Server 2012 or higher 64 bit - required for 20 or More PC Modules and/or 20 or more VT3000 Display Panel CPU's
Microsoft .NET Framework ver. 4.6 or higher
IIS Component services enabled
TCP/IP ports enabled
SQL Server 2012 or higher 64 bit Express, Standard or Enterprise.
8 total databases will be required in the SQL Server Instance
The default database size is acceptable in the SQL Server Instance
VersaCall must have an Administrator log in with Read & Write permissions for the VersaCall databases in the SQL Server Instance.
A Static IP Address or DHCP Reserved Address is required for the PC.
