Overview

This section is used to view, print, delete and download log files related to the VT3000 system. A VersaCall Technician may require specific log files when diagnosing an issue.


Logs/File Selection

Once the Logs page loads, there will be a few options available to allow the user to navigate to the correct log file.

1. VersaCall Logs - selecting this option will provide a list of all the logs related to the VT3000 software.

2. System Logs - selecting this option will provide a list of all the logs related to Windows and the computer/server.


3. Log File - use the drop down arrow in the field to get a list of all available log files.


Icons - Log File Section

1. Delete.png - select icon to delete the selected log file.

2. Download3.png - select icon to download a copy of the selected log file.


Icons - Page Section

1. StartTimer.png - select icon to pause the default log file refresh rate of 15 seconds. The icon will be opaque when not in use.

2. StopTimer.png - select icon to stop the default log file refresh rate. The icon will be opaque when not in use.

3. Refresh3.png - select icon to manually refresh all log files.

4. Download3.png - select icon to download a zip file containing all the log files.

5. Send3.png - select icon to send a zip file containing all the log files to VersaCall Support.
