VT3000 Logs

General Information

• This section is used to view, print, delete and download log files related to the VT3000 system.
• A VersaCall Technician may require specific log files when diagnosing an issue.

Basic Functionality

Logs/File Selection

• This section allows the user to select which type of logs that are needed and selection of the specific log.

• VersaCall Logs - selecting this option will provide a list of all the logs related to the VT3000 software.
• System Logs - selecting this option will provide a list of all the logs related to Windows and the computer/server.

• 

• Log File - use the drop down arrow in the field to get a list of all available log files and to select the individual log that you want to view.

• 

Icon Functionality - File

• There will be icons shown next to the Log File Name field.
• The actions for these icons will only effect the Log File selected.

• 

  Delete Selected Log
• 

  Delete Selected Log

Icon Functionality - All Logs

• There will be icons shown in the top right corner of the Logs page.
• The actions for these icons will only effect all of the Log Files recorded in the system.

• 

  Refresh Logs Continuously
• 

  Stop Log Refresh
• 

  Manually Refresh Logs
• 

  Download All Logs (Zip)
• 

  Email All Logs to VersaCall
