VT3000 - Minimum Requirements
Overview
If you or your company are going to provide the computer/server for the VersaCall software installation, the sections below explain the minimum requirements needed.
PC Requirements
Hardware
- Intel i5 CPU or AMD equivalent (i7 recommended for Windows Server Applications)
- 8 GB RAM recommended
- 120 GB Hard Drive (minimum)
- LAN, Video and Audio ports
- 1 LPT/Parallel port required for 2-Way Radio interface
- 4 or more USB Ports
Software
- Windows 7, 8 or 10 Professional 64 bit
- Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2014 or 2016 64 bit (for multiple PC Modules)
- Microsoft .NET Framework ver. 4.6
- IIS Component services enabled
- TCP/IP ports enabled
SQL Server
VersaCall software uses SQL databases to store data. SQL Server must be installed on the computer or installed on another computer/server on the network. If SQL Server is on another system, please ensure the VersaCall computer can connect to it via the network connection.
- SQL Server 2008 r2, 2012, 2014 or 2016 64 bit. Express, Standard or Enterprise accepted
- 8 total databases required
- Default database size accepted
- Access to the databases must be Administrator with Read & Write permissions.

- 115 VAC Power Outlet
- (1) RJ45 LAN connection
