VRS - Delete a Real Time Report

Overview A Real-Time Report is created so that the report can be viewed in a cell on a Panel. Once a Real-Time Report is created it can be removed. When the Real-Time Report is deleted the Panel showing that report will need to be edited or updated as the report will no longer display. This guide explains how to delete a Real-Time Report.

Requirements See Requirements Here 1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system. 2. The VersaCall Reporting Software II (VRSII) installed and running on your system. 3. At least 1 Real-Time Report created and saved in the system.

Step 1. Open the VT3000 web interface – select VRS II – log in with your username and password.

Step 2. On the VRS II home page select the down arrow on the Options field in the top right corner of the screen - select Real-Time Reports from the list.

Step 3. When the Real-Time Reports page loads, you will see a list of all the reports saved on the system. Each column provides a piece of information about the Real-Time report. Report Name - the name assigned to the automated report when it was created. Template/Variant - template used and the variant selected. When - time the report is refreshed/re-run. Last Run - time when the report was most recently refreshed/run. Actions - icons can be selected to run specific actions/options.

Step. 4 Click on the X button icon in the Actions section inline with the Real Time Report you want to delete/remove.

Step. 5 A warning message will appear asking if you want to remove the report. Select the OK button to remove the report or the Cancel button to be returned to the Real Time Reports page.

Step. 6 The Real Time Report that you selected to remove will no longer shown in your Real Time Reports list.
