Overview
Templates are specific report types used to present data visually in a graph or in spreadsheet format. Once a Report Template has been uploaded to your system, it can be removed at any time. This guide will explain how to remove a Report Template from your system.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. The VersaCall Reporting Software II (VRSII) installed and running on your system.
3. One or more report templates loaded into your system.

Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VRS II – log in with your username and password.

Step 2.
Select the down arrow in the Options field - select Report Templates from the list.

Step 3.
When the Report Templates page loads, you will see a list of Available Report Templates. This is all the report templates that have been uploaded to your system. Each column provides a piece of information about the Template.

Template – name of the template.
Version – the template version.
Reports – number of saved reports the template is is currently being used for.
Def. Groups – number of definition groups setup for the template (N/A = indicates definition groups are not required).
Action – icons can be selected to run specific actions/options.



Step 4.
To remove a template from the page, click on the X button in the Action column.

Step 5.
A warning message will appear asking if you want to remove the report template. Select the Delete button to remove the report template or the Cancel button to be returned to the Available Report Templates page.

Step 6.
When you select to remove the template, a successful message will appear at the top of the page when it is completed.

Step 7.
You will be returned to the Available Report Templates page. The Template you selected to remove will no longer show in the list.
