Overview
Automated Reports are setup to run at a scheduled time and send the results of the report to specific email addresses. Once an Automated Report is created, the user can view the information contained in the setup and run, edit or delete the report..

VRS II Automated Reports
All Automated Reports will display in the list with pertinent information as well as icons to run, edit or delete.

Report Name - the name assigned to the automated report when it was created.
When - time slot the automated report is scheduled to run.
Email - all the email addresses setup to receive the report file.
Last Run - the date and time the automated report was last run.
Actions - icons can be selected to run specific actions/options.

Select to Run the report now. Select to Edit the report setup. Select to Delete the report.
