Overview
The VRS Support page allows the user to fill out a form, that will be sent to VersaCall Support, for help. The VersaCall computer/server must be set up to send emails. This would mean you are currently sending email notifications in VT3000 or you are sending automated reports to email addresses.

Basic Functionality
After selecting the Support icon from the VRS II home page, you will find the following options.

Your Name - enter the name of the person VersaCall should contact about the submission.
Email - enter the email address that VersaCall should send correspondence to about the submission.
Phone Number - enter the phone number that VersaCall should call about the submission.
Notes - use the notes section to describe, in detail, the issue or question that you need assistance with.
Return - Button - select to return to the VRS II main page.
Submit - Button - select to send the submission to VersaCall Support.
