Overview
Once an Output Group has been added to the system, it can be tested to ensure the setup is correct.
Requirements
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. An Output Group configured as an Output in the VT3000 Core Software.


Instructions


Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Communications.

Step 2.
Select Group for Destination Type.

Step 3.
Select a Group from the list - it will be highlighted.

Step 4.
Enter a test message in the Message field – select the Send button.

Step 5.
Check all the outputs in the Group to ensure they received the message. If a message was not received, double check the setup of each individual output that did not receive a message. Try sending a message individually to the output. Please contact VersaCall Support if you need further assistance.
