Overview
Output Groups are used to group multiple outputs into one. This group can be available per the availability set up on each output or it can be overridden by an independent availability setting.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. Multiple Outputs setup in the VT3000 Core Software.

Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Configuration – select Outputs.

Step 2.
Select the Group icon from the Add New list.

Step 3.
Group Properties:

Output ID – assigned by the VT3000 software.
Output Name – enter a name for the group.
Members – select an output from the Available List - select the Add button to place the output in the Included List.
Availability - select when the members of the group are to receive messages.
Use Individual Member Availability - use the outputs current availability selected when they were created.
Override Member Availability - ignore the outputs current availability - set up a new availability for the group.




Step 4.
Override Member Availability.

Not Available – no messages will be sent to the output.
Always - messages will be sent 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
During Specific Shifts - select the Schedule to be used - select the Shift(s) (check the box) the output is to receive messages during.




Step 5.
Enter a name for the Group.

Step 6.
Select the Outputs you wish to add to the group - select the Add button.

Step 7.
Select the type of Availability.

Step 8.
To delete Outputs from the group - select the Output(s) from Included - select the Remove button.

Step 9.
Below is an example of an Output Group without Availability overridden.

Step 11.
Select Save & Add New to setup multiple groups. Select Save & Exit to save all groups entered. Discard & Exit will remove any changes.
