Overview
A Route is a set of Escalations. Each Escalation has a set time, once that time has expired the system will move to the next Escalation. Each of these Escalations will have set of Outputs. The Escalation Times and Outputs are customized to each customer and can be edited at anytime by the user. Once the Routes are setup, the user can select them when creating a Communication Path for a Monitoring Point. The links below explain how to do the following:
- Add a Route/Routing to the VersaCall System
- Add Outputs to the VersaCall System
- Select to pause messages for Breaks
- Create a Print Out of a configured Route
