Overview
Users can make recorded messages to play on Phones or Radio Channels. These recording would be used instead of the default Text - To - Speech method.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. Single File - ensure the file(s) is saved on the computer accessing VT3000 Core Software.
3. Multiple Files - zip the files into one file, ensure this zip file is save on the computer accessing VT3000 Core Software.

Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Configuration – select Audio Files.

Step 2.
Select the Browse button to open File Explorer where you will navigate to your file(s) location.

Step 3.
Navigate to the zip file or file location - double click the file(s).

Step 4.
The file that you selected will show in the Files field - select the Upload.

The files populate in the list when complete - multiple files can take time to upload.
