Overview
You maybe asked by a VersaCall Technician to provide the version of one or more applications. This guide will explain how to obtain the software version.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. One or more VersaCall applications installed on your system.

Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Administration – select Control Center.

Step 2.
Select the Products tab.

Step 3.
All of the VersaCall Applications that have been installed will show in the list.

Step 4.
Click on one of the applications (the one you want to get the version for) in the list so that it is highlighted.

Step 5.
The Application Properties will show on the right side of the Applications list.

ID - this is the ID of the application/product.
Name - this is the full name of the application/product.
Description - a brief description of the application/product will show here.
Version - this is where you will find your application version number that the Technician is looking for.
Product Key - your system may show the Product Key here or it may be blank. This is dependent on the version you have.
Timestamp - this shows the date and time that the application was started. Anytime you restart the service or computer a new time will be recorded here.




Step 6.
Note the version numbers or take a screen shot of each application and send that information over to the Technician that requested the information.
