Overview
Use the instructions below to restore a database(s) from a backup created locally. In order to use this method you must have created a local backup at one point. If you have not created a local backup you will not see any options to select from.


Requirements

1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. A backup must have been created at one point previous to using this guide.

Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Administration – select Control Center.

Step 2.
Select the Databases tab.

Refresh Delete Backup Restore Export Import




Step 4.
Select the Restore icon.

Step 5.
Select the restore day/time from the Restore Point field - click on the Restore button.

Step 6.
If you get a warning message select OK to restore the database.

Step 7.
A successful message will appear - click on the "X" to close the window. If you do not receive a successful message, please contact VersaCall Support for assistance.
