Overview
Databases for the VT3000 system are stored in SQL Server. All the information contained in the VersaCall software is recorded on to individual databases inside SQL Server. As a user you can access those databases from inside the VT3000 Core Software or through SQL Server Management Studio.
- Backup Databases using VT3000 Software.
- Backup Databases using SQL Server.
- Restore Databases using VT3000 Software
- Update Databases using VT3000 Software.
- Updated Databases using SQL Server.
