Overview
Once a Phone Number (voice) has been added to the system, it can be tested to ensure the setup is correct.
Requirements
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. A Phone Modem (USB) connected & installed on the computer.
3. Phone Modem must be setup inside the VT3000 Core Software.
4. A Phone Number (voice) configured as an Output in the VT3000 Core Software.


Instructions


Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Communications.

Step 2.
Select Phone Numbers from the Destination Type field.

Step 3.
Select a Phone Number on the list - it will highlight.

Step 4.
Text To Speech - select the Use Text To Speech Message box - enter a message to send - select the Send button.

Step 5.
Audio File - select an audio file from the list (test123.wav is included with all systems) - select the Send button.
