Overview
If you are having trouble hearing the voice messages over the phone line, there are a few things that can be adjusted. If you are getting no sound over phone calls, please contact VersaCall Support for additional assistance.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. Phone Modem installed & setup on your system.
3. Physical Access or Remote Desktop Access to the VersaCall Server/Computer.

Step 1.
From the VersaCall Server/Computer - select the Windows Start button - select Settings - select System.

Step 2.
Select Sound on the System Settings page.

Step 3.
Adjust the Master Volume slider to 100.

Step 4.
Test the system to see if there is an improvement - CLICK HERE for instructions on testing a phone number. If there is no improvement move to Step 5.




Step 5.
Go to the Physical USB Phone Modem connected to your VersaCall Computer/Server.

Step 6.
Find the volume adjustment dial on the right side of the device.

Step 7.
Slide the dial to the right as far as it will go.

Step 8.
Test the system to see if there is an improvement - CLICK HERE for instructions on testing a phone number. If there is no improvement, contact VersaCall Support for further assistance.
