Overview
If you purchased a PC BSC, you will need to access the device from a web browser on the Computer or Tablet that is being used at the location/station. This guide will show you how to get that setup for the operator.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. PC BSC plug in installed and licensed in the VT3000 Core Software.
3. A PC BSC configuration setup in the VT3000 Software.
4. The IP address of the VersaCall computer/server.

Step 1.
Go to the Computer or Tablet at the Station location. Select to open the web browser on the device. For a PC, we suggest Chrome or Edge.

Step 2.
Open a new tab type in the following URL into the Address Bar with your VersaCall Computer/Server IP address at the beginning. In our image below you will see 111.111.111 as our VersaCall Computer/Server IP Address, yours will be different.

Step 3.
After entering the web address hit your enter key. A web page will open showing you all the PC Devices that are available on your system.

Step 4.
Select one of the Device Configurations by clicking on it so that it is highlighted.

Select the Use button at the bottom of the page.

The page will load showing you the Device Configuration that you selected. You can now begin to use the device.
