VT3000 - Send a Back Up of Databases - VT3000 Core

Overview
Use the instructions below to send a backup/copy of all databases or a specific database(s) to VersaCall. Generally, you will use this method if a VersaCall Technician asks you for a copy of your databases.
Requirements
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. SQL Server must be installed and running on the same Computer/Server as the VT3000 Core Software.
3. Email must be setup and running on your system.

Instructions


Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Administration – select Control Center.

Step 2.
Select the Databases tab.

Refresh Delete Backup Restore Export Import




Step 4.
Select the Export icon.

Step 5.
Check the box for database(s) you want to include in the Export.

Step 6.
Select Send to VersaCall.

Select X to close the Confirmation Window.

Select X to close the Export Window.

Step 9.
Contact VersaCall Support or the Technician that asked for the databases to ensure they received the email with the databases.
