VPIV - Remove an Image

Overview After an image has been uploaded to VPIV you can remove it if it is no longer needed. Ensure you remove or edit any cell, in a Panel or Widget, that is using the image. The instructions below explain how to remove an image.

Requirements See Requirements Here 1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system. 2. VPIV - Virtual Panels IV software installed and running on your system. 3. At least 1 Image uploaded to the system.

Step 1. Open the VT3000 web interface - select VPIV button from the welcome page.

Step 2. Select the Media Files icon.

Step 3. Click on the File, you want to delete, in the Media Files list so that it is highlighted.

Step 4. Click on the Remove button at the bottom of the Media Files list.

Step 5. A warning message will appear asking to confirm deletion of the file - select OK to remove the file.

Step 6. The file name will be removed from the Media Files list. A message will appear in the top left corner of the screen notifying you the file wad deleted.
