Overview
User Groups define specific permissions within all VersaCall software. Once you have setup a User Group you can edit the permissions at any time.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. Permission to Add or Edit a User Group.

Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Administration – select Users.

Step 2.
Select the User Group that you want to change - select the Edit button.

Step 3.
User Group Properties:

User Group Name – use this field to change the name of the User Group.
User Group ID – assigned by the VT3000 software not editable.
Application – use this drop down list to select the specific application that you want to change the permissions on.




Step 4.
Below is an image of the VT3000 Permissions that can be enabled. To enable a permission, click on the box next to the item/permission you want to enable.

Permission is granted when there is a blue box with a check mark next to the item.
Permission is denied when there is a blank box next to the item.




Step 5.
Once you have made all the changes, select the Save & Exit button.
