Overview
Once a Email Address has been added to the system, it can be tested to ensure the setup is correct.
Requirements
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. SMTP (Email Server) settings configured and working in VT3000 Core Software.
3. An Email Address configured as an Output in the VT3000 Core Software.


Instructions


Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Communications.

Step 2.
Select Email Address for Destination Type.

Step 3.
Select an email address to test from the list - it will be highlighted.

Step 4.
Enter a test message to be sent – select the Send button.

Step 5.
Check the inbox of the email address selected – if an email is NOT received, check the Email Address information in Outputs - contact VersaCall Support for further assistance.
