GENERAL INFORMATION
- Once an Email Address has been added to the system, it can be tested to ensure the setup is correct.
- The SMTP server must be configured before a test message can be sent.
- If the SMTP server has not been setup, Click Here for instructions or contact VersaCall for further assistance.
REQUIREMENTS
- The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
- SMTP (Email Server) settings configured and working in VT3000 Core.
- Email Address setup as an Output.
- Permission to Send a Communication.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Check the Inbox of the Email Address that was selected in the previous step.
- If the Test Message was NOT received, double check the Output Setup.
- Check another Cell Phone or Email that you know is working correctly.
- Check the SMTP Setup with your IT Department to ensure it is correct.
- If no messages are being sent out to Cell Phones or Email Addresses, contact VersaCall for assistance.
