VT3000 - Copy a PC Call Station Configuration

Overview When a new PC Call Station is added to your system and it has the EXACT same configuration of an existing PC Call Station, you can use the Copy function. This guide will explain how to duplicate and existing PC Call Station Configuration.

Requirements See Requirements Here 1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system. 2. The PC Call Station Plug-In must be loaded on your system. 3. At least 1 available PC Call Station License.

Step 1. Open the VT3000 web interface – log in - select Configuration - select Devices. Configuration Devices

Step 2. On the Devices page - select the Configuration you want to Copy/Duplicate so that it is highlighted.

Step 3. With configuration higlighted, click on the Copy button at the bottom of the Devices list.

Step 4. The Copy PC Call Station Configuration page will open. On the Properties tab, the Device Name of the configuration you selected to copy will show the field.

Step 5. Delete the Device Name - type in the name of the new station/location that you are creating.

Step 6. After the correct name has been entered, click on the Save & Exit button.

Step 7. The new PC Call Station Configuration will now appear in your Devices list.

Step 8. You will need to either view the PC Call Station on a new device or change an existing device to view the new PC Call Station.
