VT3000 - Hard Drive Full - Disable IIS Logging

Overview
If you see your hard drive, on the computer/server that is hosting the VersaCall software, become full (no more space) there maybe an issue with Windows Logs. You will need to disable the Logging feature in IIS.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. Permission to alter IIS Settings on the computer/server where the VersaCall software is installed.
3. Physical or Remote access to the computer/server where the VersaCall software is installed.

Step 1.
Click in the Search field on your computer/server - type "Control Panel"

Step 2.
Select the Control Panel App from the list of programs.

Step 3.
Select Administrative Tools from the Control Panel.

Select Computer Management.

Step 5.
Expand the Services and Applications section on Computer Management window.

Step 6.
Double click on "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manger".

Step 7.
Under Connections - select to expand "Sites".

Under Sites - select the "Default Web Site" so that it is highlighted.

Step 9.
On the right side of Connections, in the center of the IIS window, double click on the "Logging" icon.

Step 10.
On the far right side of the IIS screen you will see a section titled "Actions" - click on the "Disable" option.

Step 11.
Close all the open windows, IIS logging has now been turned off.




Step 12.
