Overview
The instructions below explain how to log into the VT3000 Core Software. This method only works on new systems or systems that still use the default admin user. If you have created new users and passwords, you will need to contact the system administrator for help in recovering your username and password. If there is no path available to obtain the log in credentials, you will need to contact VersaCall for further assistance.


Requirements

1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. A known username & password for the VT3000 Software if the default does not work.

Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web-interface - select VT3000 Core Software.

Step 2.
Enter admin for the username & password - select Login button.

Step 3.
The VT3000 home page should load on the system.

Step 4.
If this does not work, it means the default username and password has been changed. Please contact your VersaCall Administrator, IT Department or VersaCall Support.
