Overview
If the IP address of the VT3000 Control Unit fails to bring up the Welcome page, you may have a firewall issue.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. Physical or Remote Access to the Computer/Server where the VersaCall Software is installed.
3. Permission to alter the Windows Firewall settings.

Step 1.
Select the Windows Start button – select Control Panel.

Step 2.
Select the System and Security - select Windows Firewall icon. If you see only icons, select Windows Firewall.

Step 3.
Select the "Allow program or feature through Windows Firewall" option.

Step 4.
Select Change Settings – scroll down to the bottom of the list - mark the boxes for World Wide Web Services (HTTP) - select OK.

Step 5.
Close all open windows - attempt the VT3000 log in from another computer. If the VT3000 Welcome page does not load, contact VersaCall Support for assistance.
