Overview
The instructions below cover installing a phone modem on a new system (pre-configured by VersaCall). Our phone modem connects to a USB port on the VersaCall computer/server. An analog phone line is required for the installation - contact IT if you do not currently have a line available.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. Marked USB Port on the VersaCall computer/server.
3. Analog Phone line jack. This port will need to be setup by your IT Department on your phone system.


Hardware Components
Modem
USB Cable
Phone Cord

Step 1.
Power Off the VersaCall computer/server.




Step 2.
Plug the USB Cable into the Phone Modem.

Step 3.
Plug the USB Cable into the marked USB port on the VersaCall Computer/Server.

Step 4.
Plug the analog phone line into the Line connector.

Step 5.
Power Up/Turn On the VersaCall Computer.




Step 6.
The LED for Power on the Modem should be solid red once the computer has booted up.

Step 7.
Once the computer is on and you have logged in (Windows or VT3000 Web Interface), test the phone modem - Click here for Instructions.
