Overview
These instructions are for Windows 7 & 8 operating systems. Under the Step by Step Guide section of this page there is a link to the Windows 10 operating system. In order to access the VersaCall software from any computer on the network, the control unit must have an IP address assigned to it. If your control unit is NOT on your network, an assigned IP address is not required. Your IT department will need to issue a static IP address.

Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. An Assigned IP Address from IT.
3. The Subnet Mask for the Static IP Address.
4. The Default Gateway for the Static IP Address.
5. The DNS Server settings for the Static IP Address.
