VT3000 - Install Teams Plug In

Overview
VT3000 can be setup to post messages to a Teams Channel if the facility has an Office 365 subscription. To facilitate this type of Output, the VT3000 Teams Plug-In must be uploaded into the system.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. Permission to load a Plug In.

Step 1.
Download the VT3000 Teams Plug-In from the link or email provided by a VersaCall Technician. If you do not have the download, please contact Support to obtain it.
Ensure the Plug-In is downloaded to a location that can be accessed easily.




Step 2.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Administration – select Plug-Ins.

Step 3.
Select the Choose Files button in the "Load New Plug-In" field.

Step 4.
Navigate to the location where the VT3000 Teams Plug-In was downloaded.

Step 5.
Double Click on the Plug-In file.

Step 6.
The user will be returned to the Plug-Ins page - click on the Upload button.

Step 7.
The Teams Plug-In will now show in the Plug-Ins list.

Step 8.
The VT3000 Service must be Restarted for the Plug In to work properly.
Restart the VersaCall Service - Click here for Instructions.




Step 9.
After you restart the service you will need to Create/Add a Teams Channel - Click here for Instructions.
