Overview
Once a Teams Channel has been added to the system, it can be tested to ensure the setup is correct.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. Teams Plug In loaded on the system.
3. Teams Channel setup on the system as an Output.

Step 1.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Communications.

Step 2.
Select Teams Channel from the Destination Type field.

Step 3.
Select a Channel on the list - it will highlight.

Step 4.
Enter a message to send - select the Send button.

Step 5.
Check the Teams Channel that was selected for the test message.
If the message does not go through, please contact VersaCall Support for further assistance.
