VT3000 - Find Control Center & Text to Voice Settings

Overview If you have a need to check the Control Center & Text to Voice settings or if a VersaCall Technician asks you provide the settings, the instructions below will show you how to find them.

Requirements See Requirements Here 1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system. 2. You are using a 2-Way Radio and/or a Phone Modem for communications.

Step 1. Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Administration – select System Settings - select Service. Administration System Settings Service

Step 2. Select the General tab.

Step 3. The following settings will show on the tab/page. Control Center Address - by default this will be set to 127.0.0.1, yours maybe different if you have customized configuration. Control Center Port -' by default this will be set to 13031, yours maybe different if you have a customized configuration. IACP Port - by default this will be set to 8133, yours maybe different if you have a customized system. Voice - this will be blank by default meaning you are not currently using a 2-Way Radio module or Phone Modem. If you are using one of these devices you will see either Microsoft David or Microsoft Zira selected. These are the Text to Speech voices that the system is using.

Step 4. Select the Discard & Exit button to exit the tab/page.
