Overview
If you are experiencing an issue with your system, a VersaCall Technician may ask you to turn on Debug Mode. This mode is used to create additional Log Files for all operations and services inside the VT3000 Core Software. This mode should only be used when you are asked to turn it on by a VersaCall Technician. Generally, you do not want this mode to be running all the time as it will create multiple log files that can slow down the performance of your software. This mode is only used for troubleshooting and should be turned off at all other times.

Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. You were told to turn Debug Mode On/Off by a VersaCall Technician.
