VT3000 - Update Date/Time on Tablet

Overview If a tablet losses power and the internal battery goes completely dead, when power is established again the tablet date & time will reset to factory default. The steps below explain how to reset that Date & Time to the correct setting.

Requirements See Requirements Here 1. A BSC, TIM or PSM I/O Module powered. 2. A Touch Screen powered and connected to the I/O via Bluetooth.

Step 1. Select the 3 squares in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2. Enter the PIN - by default this is 7047 - select OK.

Step 3. Select Exit on the menu that appears.

Step 4. Select Launcher 3 from the menu that appears - select Just Once.

---

Step 5. You will be sent to the Android home screen. Select the Up facing arrow in the middle of the screen.

Step 6. The Apps screen will load - select the Settings App Icon.

---

Step 7. Select the Date & Time option under the System heading.

---

Step 8. Select the Set Date option.

---

Step 9. Using the calendar, set the correct Year, Month & Day. Once this is set to the correct date, select the OK option.

Step 10. Select the Set Time option from the menu.

---

Step 11. Use the clock arm to move it to the correct Hour - select OK once it is set correctly.

Step 12. Use the clock arm to move it to the correct Minute. If you need to change the AM/PM select it on the left side. Once the time is correct select OK.

Step 13. Select the Home icon (Circle or a House).

Step 14. Select the VersaCall HMI from the pop up menu - select Always.

Step 14. You will be returned to your BSC, TIM or PSM interface.
