Overview
Logs are files that the VersaCall software records automatically. Any errors or issues that arise will be recorded in these files. Generally, the log files will be used by a VersaCall Technician to get more detailed information on what the VersaCall software is doing behind the scenes. This can help them in diagnosing issues.
