Overview
Plug Ins are used to allow the user to configure additional modules that do not come with the VersaCall software by default. These modules can be hardware or software modules. In addition to modules, there are also Plug Ins that allow the user to access functionality on system hardware. All of these Plug Ins will be installed in the same manner that is explained in the link below. Certain Plug Ins require licensing, the breakdown of these Plug Ins is explained below:
- Add Monitoring Points - Alarm, Process, Data Field, Count
- Add a Light Stack
- Add Communications
- Add Contacts/Inputs as Alarms
- Install Hardware
- Update Firmware
- Replace the Touch Screen
- Test Hardware
