Overview
An Isolation Code is the specific channel used with a coordinator. Different Isolation Codes are required for facilities with multiple coordinators. New devices are shipped with a default Isolation Code of 1. Below is a guide on programming the ISO Code wirelessly using the VT3000 Core Software. NOTE: This method only works with a Powered Call Station.


Requirements
See Requirements Here
1. The VT3000 Core Software installed and running on your system.
2. At least one Coordinator setup, powered and communicating with the VT3000 Core Software.
3. At least one Call Station powered & communicating with the system.

Step 1.
Ensure the Call Station is plugged in and powered.

Step 2.
Open the VT3000 web interface – select VT3000 Core Software - log in – select Diagnostics – select Device Status.

Step 3.
The device MUST show on Device Status - use the Mesh Address to identify it - select the Options link on the right side of the page/row.

Select Commands.

Select the down arrow in Command field.

Step 6.
Select Set Isolation Code from the menu.

Step 7.
Enter the Isolation Code you want to switch to – select the Issue Command button.

Step 8.
The Call Station will reboot on its own. When the reboot is complete you will hear the Call Station make an audible beep.




Step 9.
Select Diagnostics – select Device Status.

Step 10.
Find the device that you switched the ISO Code on - under the Network Name, ensure it is showing the correct name of the Coordinator.
